"Poésie Noire opened that festival in 1991. Top of the bil was Arno. 
Jo Casters said "there's only 2 good bands on this festival: the first 
one and the last one!". 

Other bands included Soulsister, Jack of Hearts, etc... (...) 

I remember that Jo had his eyes painted black and he had some 
big white paper hung up on stage which he used during the gig to 
paint some graffiti on."
