This is something very special. Mijn-alarm is dutch for Mine-Alert. This
7" was released as support for the mineworkers in Limburg, Belgium. It's a song sung
by several Belgian bands (every vocalist sings a line or 2). These bands contributed to
the song: De Hermannen, Raymond Van het Groenewoud, Marcel Van Thilt, Bart Peeters, Hugo
Matthysen, Walter Grootaers, Paul Despiegelaere, Jos Melis, Chris Janssens, Spooky,
Schmutz, The Scabs, Danny Klein, Bea Van Der Maat, The Pop Gun, Poesie Noire, Siglo XX,
The Masai and The Politics Of Experience. According to Jürgen, we can hear Jo singing 2 lines and maybe also Marianne. |
